My 3 Month Core Workout Challenge

I was supposed to run last night. However due to work and other things that came up at the last minute I did not run. Instead, I did a core workout which included:

40 Chin-ups.
10 Pull-ups
20 Knee Lifts.
10 Chin Up straight leg lifts
10 Regular crunches (on the floor)
15 pushups
5 pushups with single hand (2 with left arm) (3 with right arm) this suckers are not easy at all.

This was my first day of core training in a 3 month challenge. The challenge is just for myself. I made it to simply keep myself active and after a dare from Joyce. So we'll see how much change there will be in 3 months.. I will be taking "before and after" pictures to compare.

The challenge is to do core at least 3-4 times a week for a minimum of 30 minutes and no more than 1hr and keep it diverse. Should be fun. Any one with any ideas on how I can improve or get the max out of this challenge, please let me know, I welcome ideas and recommendations.

I will be doing most of this at home. My equipment:

A) Iron Gym Bar
B) Wii Fit (yes I plan to do some yoga)
C) Bosu Ball
D) One 20+lb monkey that I can use for weight lifting named Jocelyn..

Wish me luck. Pictures coming soon.....
