Ok so this was not the fastest run ever. Legs felt sore, but steady. I went out too fast so I had to slow down at mile 2. Legs felt better after slowing down.
Tomorrow is a rest day for me. May do some weights or use the chin-up bar.
I could use a nap right about now. I feel really tired and sleepy, then again, I have been feeling this way the entire day. And after being disappointed by Apple and their new iPad, my bed seems like a good spot right about now.
